At Bully Boy Baking, we believe people deserve better cinnamon rolls. Our founder, Cliff Lyons, grew up loving cinnamon rolls but wanted something more as his taste matured. After years of perfecting a recipe using spring water, grass-fed butter, Mexican vanilla, and a unique 48-hour fermentation with Colt 45 malt liquor, Bully Boy Baking was born.
What began in 2019 as DJ Doughboy Cinnamon Rolls delivering door to door has grown into Bully Boy Baking, with one mission: to give people the world’s best cinnamon rolls, no shortcuts.
